Today I want to talk about my absolute FAVORITE pair of shoes. When I tell you I wore these shoes every single day this past fall semester… I’m not kidding! I have never owned a pair a shoes that have provided me with style AND comfort. Then, I discovered Loci.

This past summer, Nikki Reed and Loci banded together and created a line of shoes made up of 100% recycled materials. Just when you think it can’t get any better, all of these shoes have a special protective barrier to water and keep your feet dry! In addition, Loci shoes have naturally elastic cork insoles to provide comfort and perfect weight distribution, and breathable bamboo mesh lining to eliminate odor and minimize moisture build-up.

Personally, I see these shoes as worth the investment. While it’s amazing that they are produced ethically and responsibly with the earth and ocean in mind, they truly are unbelievably comfortable. Living on an enormous college campus accounts for quite a bit of walking. Daily I would find myself walking about 5-15 miles and when wearing my Locis, my feet never ached and I felt like I could walk another 10 miles!
5-15 miles a day, for about 120 days equals… a LOT of walking, and yet my Loci shoes are still in perfect shape. Not to mention, they literally go with anything! I have styled these shoes with several different looks ranging from a sweatshirt and sweatpants, to a dress. Overall, I highly recommend this company and suggest you check them out!
